Planning a trip

Tap the + button, choose where you start and where you are heading, add any stops, set the number of days and how far you want to drive each day, then generate. Planning a trip needs RV Trip Planner Pro and an internet connection.

Distances

While you fill in the planner, the mileage shown is a straight-line estimate. A generated plan uses distances measured along real roads, which are usually longer.

The map

The Map tab shows campgrounds, RV parks, and RV service points in the United States. Map tiles come from OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap contributors.

Your vehicle

Pick your rig from the catalog to pre-fill typical specifications, or enter it by hand. Always check length, height, and weight against your own rig; every value can be edited.

Subscriptions

RV Trip Planner Pro is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in the iPhone Settings app under your name > Subscriptions. If you reinstall the app, tap Restore on the Pro screen.

Your data

Your profile, vehicle, trips, and saved places are stored on your device. In the app, Settings > Delete app data clears them all.
